Sexual harassment vs. sexual favoritism

During f/y 2019, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") received 7,514 new charges of sexual harassment in the workplace. This represented 16.8% of the EEOC's total caseload.

Sexual favoritism is different from sexual harassment.
