OSHA guidance relative to COVID-19

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") is the federal agency which was created by the Occupational Safety and Health Act ("the OSH Act') of 1970. OSHA enforces and administers the OSH Act and is an agency of the United States Department of Labor.

OSHA's stated mission is "to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance." Source: www.osha.gov.

COVID-19

OSHA has now provided educational resources and guidance concerning the safety of workers in a COVID-19 environment.
