Support the TAPS (Threat Assessment Prevention Safety) Act

U.S. Rep. Brian Babin (TX-36) gave this speech 12 hours before the domestic terrorist hit at Santa Fe High School where friends of Kathleen's were wounded or lost beloved family members:

Congressman Babin is absolutely correct when he says the one thing these killers all have in common is they leak violent intent before their hits.

The bipartisan TAPS Act focuses on prevention which is the only solution to mitigating the risk of more tragedies like the two that occurred within 15 hours this weekend at a WalMart in Texas and in a populated commercial area in Ohio.
