How to file a Safety Complaint with OSHA

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency of the United States Department of Labor. OSHA.

OSHA administers and enforces the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. This statute affords workers and their representatives the right to file a complaint and request an inspection by OSHA if it is believed there is a serious hazard within the workplace.
