I.R.S. to launch on-line tool to track $1200 stimulus checks

A free on-line tool is set to be made available this week for taxpayers to track their $1200 checks here:

Once it goes live, the "Get My Payment" tool permits taxpayers who filed returns in 2018 or 2019 but did to provide banking information to submit direct deposit banking details on line, thereby allowing for a quicker delivery of these funds.

Taxpayers will be asked to enter their social security number, date of birth and address to track their payments.
