Remembering the Victims of the Columbine copycat Crimea School Shooting 10/17/18

One year ago today, 20 people were murdered and 70 others wounded in a Crimea, Ukraine school shooting and bombing perpetrated by an 18-year-old Columbine copycat.

The killer, who fired randomly at teachers and classmates, committed suicide in the school's library just as the two Columbine High School seniors who killed 12 students and one teacher did.

The gunman wore similar clothing and bore a striking resemblance to one of the Columbine killers.

Meantime in this country, over the past four weeks two women were arrested and accused of planning Columbine-style attacks, one in Florida and the other in Oklahoma.

One of the two, aged 18, was accused of plotting to shoot up her former high school. She was booked wearing an "Anarchist Cookbook" shirt (see below). The infamous book bearing that name was read by one of the Columbine killers, the Oklahoma City bomber, the man who attempted to kill former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and others.

Remembering the 20 souls lost in Crimea in the continuing global epidemic that is the modern school shooter bomber era influenced by Columbine.
