WVPI Violence Prevention Seminar September 2019
The WVPI will host a telephonic seminar "From Columbine to Noblesville and Beyond" in September, an update to our July 2018 summit on the continuing tragedy that is America's modern active school shooter/bomber era established 4/20/99.

Gulf War veteran Michael Lansberry was shot dead by a 12-year-old student who had pictures of the Columbine killers in his pocket at the time of the fatal shooting.
Mr. Lansberry was murdered at Sparks Middle School where he taught math. The gunman, who was enrolled at the middle school, also shot two 12-year-old classmates before he committed suicide. This horrific episode of workplace and school violence occurred on October 21, 2013.
A 19-year-old former student researched Columbine before shooting three faculty members and 14 students dead (pictured below) and wounding 17 others.
