EAPs and workplace violence prevention

WVPI founder Kathleen M. Bonczyk has long advocated for employee assistance programs (EAPs) to minimize the risk of workplace violence by proactively addressing emotional, mental health, financial and other stressors that may lead an employee to become violent at work.

Ms. Bonczyk was quoted by the Schwartz Insurance Group in an article addressing EAPs in the context of workplace violence prevention.
