EEOC seeking workers affected by settlements or lawsuits

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking workers affected by ongoing class action settlements or lawsuits the agency is involved in.

The EEOC has bought a number of discrimination cases involving unlawful occupational discrimination.

The agency reports it is looking for people who are affected by these lawsuits or settlements.

Employers named in these actions include the USPS, Lowe's Home Centers, Inc., Federal Express Ground Package System, Inc. and Texas Roadhouse.
