April 2, 2018

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) determined Jet Logistics Inc. Following an investigation, OSHA ordered the following:

1.  Reinstatement of the pilot into his former job.

4.  That the employee be paid $100,000.00 in compensatory damages.

5.  That the employee be awarded reasonable attorney's fees.
