EEOC sues Morrison Management Specialists, Inc. for sex discrimination

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has initiated litigation against Morrison Management Specialists, Inc. a division of Compass Group, alleging sex discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Amongst other allegations, the EEOC contends that the company unlawfully denied a promotional opportunity to a female supervisor on the basis of her gender.
