Employee charged with Ohio business owner's murder

On February 23, 2018, Donald Vanhorn III a 53-year-old Cleveland business owner was shot in the chest at work.

Shortly thereafter, Vanhorn was pronounced dead on the scene. One of his employees, a 50-year-old man was taken into custody.

According to authorities, a dispute arose between the two men with Vanhorn allegedly pulling a knife while the employee pulled a gun at BTU Comfort Solutions, Inc. an HVAC contractor.

It is unknown what might have sparked the dispute. An investigation by authorities is ongoing.
