Workplace "bully" shot/business owner killed, employee arrested
"The person that was shot twice was apparently very aggressive to the other employees and I guess for lack of a better term a bully," reported Chief Fred Posavetz of the Clinton Township, Michigan Police Department.

On January 9, 2018, Clinton Township authorities responded to the Reliable Fence Company following an active shooter situation.
After a reported altercation, a 34-year-old was shot twice and Tom Badke, 61, the business's owner was killed.
A 24-year-old employee of the business named Jerry Motley has been arrested.
