The #1 charge of discrimination is...

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is the federal agency charged with enforcing and administering several of the equal employment opportunity laws.

The EEOC maintains charge statistics on all EEOC-enforced laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, religion and national origin as well as harassment).
